The Expert Behind the Stethoscope

I completed my veterinary degree at the University of Warsaw, Poland, followed by several years in private practice, during which I also earned a PhD in myogenic cell therapy. I went on to specialize in Cardiology at the University of Zurich, where I received advanced training in interventional cardiology and achieved European Diplomate status in 2021.

Since then, I have worked as a senior clinician at the University of Zurich, the University of Liverpool, and currently at a referral hospital in Hong Kong. My primary clinical and research interests lie in interventional cardiology and the management of complex cardiovascular cases through collaborative, team-based approaches.

Having worked both in academia and private practice, I appreciate the challenges clinicians face when resources are limited. I am committed to supporting first-line veterinarians in optimizing patient outcomes by making the most of the tools available to them.

The Person Behind the Expert

During my free time, I enjoy exploring new cultures, going to the theatre, trying new foods, and meeting new people. While based in Hong Kong, I am making the most of my stay by traveling to neighboring Asian countries and experiencing their diverse traditions and cuisines.

One of my favorite environments is the mountains, where I can hike, paraglide, or snowboard during the winter. Being in the mountains recharges my energy and helps me feel centered.
